Billing Policy
Wellness Shopping Online currently accepts American Express, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and PayPal as methods of payment. The customer will be charged in USD currency at the time of purchase.
Orders are shipped promptly Monday through Friday, and are packaged for shipment the same day if they are placed by 1PM PST. Wellness Shopping Online ships all over the world, and the amount of time it takes an order to reach the customer depends on the location, as well as the selected shipping method. If a product ordered is out of stock and cannot be shipped, Wellness Shopping Online will contact the customer and process a partial refund.
Transactions
The charge(s) from Wellness Shopping Online appear on credit card statements as Creatrix Solutions LLC. Customers should save a copy of each transaction for their records. A copy of the original Invoice is required to return products.
Satisfaction and Returns Policy
Returns are accepted on new, unused items within 30 days of purchase for United States customers, and 45 days for International customers. Customers must pay a processing fee and shipping costs of returned items to Wellness Shopping Online. Open bottles and used equipment cannot be returned.
