Shipping & Handling | Terms and Conditions

No Returns:

Between May 15th and September 30th no orders made for supplements, or salt may be returned for a refund within the United States.  Due to heat during extended round-trip transportation damage might occur, so absolutely no returns will be approved. Skincare products are not returnable. Custom Day and Night Cremes are ineligible for returns since they are custom made to order. Cancellations will not be accepted on cremes since they are prepaid for with the purchase of lab test kits. 

No Returns accepted from International supplement, and salt orders, due to round-trip transportation damage, so absolutely no returns will be approved.   

All Cancelled and Refunded Orders Will Be Subject to a Fee

All orders containing RESTRICTED items banned from the Billing or Shipping Country will be subject to a Penalty Fee of $30 plus the 3% credit card processing fee.  Orders cannot have either a Billing or Shipping address from a restricted Country!

Any PAYPAL payments or credit card payments, are subject to a 3% credit card processing fee deduction. On refunded transactions, merchant credit card processors, and PayPal do not give us back the 3% transaction fee. So, to avoid losing 3% on cancelled or returned orders,  the customer will not be refunded that portion of their transaction. 

Regretfully, we have been forced to temporarily suspend all business transactions with our United Kingdom and European Union based clientele. This decision is directly related to recently imposed VAT (Value Added Tax) rules for companies selling and shipping to the United Kingdom & European Union countries. HOWEVER, you can still receive all our products using a freight forwarding company, like (and others). They have the required registrations and will collect the applicable import duties and taxes from you for your purchase.  Please be advised that freight forwarding companies require customer VAT registration numbers before accepting a parcel destined for the United Kingdom and European Union-based countries.   

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 1 PM Pacific Time are bagged the same day. A shipping label is printed, and the package is then picked up by the shipping carrier on the next business day.

Wellness Shopping Online receives inventory shipments on a weekly basis and does everything possible to keep adequate inventory levels on hand in order to fulfill orders placed by the cutoff time. Shipments are occasionally disrupted due to weather conditions beyond control, or seasonal holidays. Customers whose orders are affected for more than 48 hours due to these circumstances will receive an order message about the delay.

Price Match

We offer a price match for Endo-met and Trace Elements Supplements that are sold elsewhere online.  Our price match excludes laboratory testing and consultation services.

Shipping Options and Restrictions

Wellness Shopping Online can ship to virtually any address in the world, however, there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. 

Shipping options available for customers include:

  • Priority Mail
  • Priority Mail Express**
  • FedEx Ground
  • FedEx 2nd Day
  • FedEx Overnight**
  • DHL Express***

 *U.S. orders of 1 pound or more and International orders of 4 pounds or more do not qualify for First Class Mail.

**Expedited USPS and FedEx orders placed by 1 pm Pacific time, Monday-Friday, are packaged and driven to the carrier’s headquarters the same day. Charges for expedited shipping include this hand carried courier service.

***DHL Express is only available to International customers. This excludes customers in Spain, Norway, Thailand, Russian Federation, and Greece.

When a customer places an order, shipping and delivery is estimated based upon the availability of items ordered and the shipping option selected. Depending upon the chosen shipping provider, the shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  

U.S.A. orders only:  Supplement orders under $150 are now subject to shipping charges. However, customers may increase their order total to $150 or more and receive free shipping. Customers whose orders qualify for free uninsured shipping have the option to pay for insurance.

International customers only: There is no longer a restriction on the number of items per order with DHL Express International. Orders placed by 10 am Pacific time, Monday-Friday, are picked up from our office the same day. International customers may visit the Int'l Shipping page to learn how to upgrade their orders and receive them more quickly. 

 WARNING: International countries may assess VAT and Custom Import fees that must be paid BY THE CUSTOMER prior to delivery.  Customer responsible for customs clearance, and the order is considered delivered once the package is held in customs.  As the reseller, we provide HS Codes and commercial invoices.  No prescriptions, or other documentation will be provided for clearance.  Packages not cleared through customs are destroyed and not returned to us.  NO REFUNDS are given for packages that don't clear customs, so BUYER BEWARE before ordering.  In good faith customer orders are shipped and since the items are no longer in our possession we CANNOT issue refunds.

ALL non-supplement orders:  Shipping charges apply. The fixed rate shipping method has been replaced with live quotes based on the delivery address. Customers who order both supplements and non-supplements may receive lower shipping charges by placing separate orders.

Customers are responsible for tracking their packages to determine expected time of delivery and contact local authorities to accept the delivery of the order. In the event the package is unclaimed and returned to Wellness Shopping Online, the customer will only receive a partial refund due to shipping costs, handling, and a restocking fee.

Damaged, Missing, and Non-Working Items

Claims for items damaged, missing, or received in a non-working order, must be made within 14 days of package delivery to qualify for shipping insurance coverage.  The customer must submit pictures of the packaging and damage to the items, and keep all the original packaging and item until further notified. Wellness Shopping Online will submit a claim and require the customer to sign a claim form. Failure to meet these requirements will cause a denial of the shipping insurance claim, and Wellness Shopping Online will not be responsible for the cost of replacement.

Wellness Shopping Online strives to make sure its customers have the best possible online shopping experience. We only sell what we believe are the best products to balance body chemistry, and detoxify heavy metals from the body’s system. We are about health, healing, and wellness for the whole body, mind, and spirit. Consequently, Wellness Shopping Online only stocks the freshest and best natural products available to naturally meet customer expectations.  

Regarding all supplements: 1) Results may vary from what is listed, 2) Statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and 3) Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The staff of Wellness Shopping Online will do everything possible to ensure that customers are satisfied with their purchases. If customers receive an incorrect or defective product, we have the right to correct the issue within 14 days of notification. As long as the product(s) is/are made whole, they are ineligible for return or refunded shipping.   Otherwise, customers who receive an incorrect or defective product will be issued a refund if the request is made within 30 days of purchase (for United States customers) or 45 days (for International customers), and all original packaging is provided.  If the return is due to company error, and unable to be corrected, Wellness Shopping Online will pay the return shipping cost.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Unopened or unused items can be returned, with all the original packaging, for store credit, exchange, or refund less the shipping and processing fees. EXCEPTION:  No refunds will be issued for Hair Analysis laboratory testing, or on supplements that have been discontinued by the manufacturer.

To return an item, login to the customer account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu, and click the Return Item(s) button. A copy of the original Invoice must be enclosed in the package with the returned item(s). We recommend insuring returns because only items received in new condition are eligible for a refund. A notification will be sent via e-mail once the returned item is received and processed.

No returns will be accepted without the original packaging. 

No returns will be accepted on opened items.

No returns will be accepted on enema or skincare products for sanitary reasons.

Laboratory Hair Analysis and Consultation Services are NON-REFUNDABLE.  Once purchased the customer is not eligible for a refund, no exceptions will be made and no refunds will be issued.

United States Returns

Any unused items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Returns or partial returns incur a $7 processing fee, in addition to the actual shipping expenses incurred by Wellness Shopping Online that were not paid for by the customer at the time of purchase. USA supplement orders over $75 will qualify for free shipping, but the customer must still pay for shipping if supplements are returned.  

If an order is returned because the customer refused shipment, the customer will be charged a restocking fee to cover the costs. This fee will not exceed the shipping cost, and a $7 processing fee to restock the order.

International Returns

Any unused items must be returned within 45 days of purchase. Returns or partial returns incur a $7 processing fee, in addition to a restocking fee equal to the actual shipping expenses incurred by Wellness Shopping Online, whether or not paid by the customer at the time of purchase.

Often times Wellness Shopping Online is charged for the outbound and returned inbound shipping fees on refused international shipments, which reduces the amount of the customer’s eligible refund.  In the case of small supplement orders, return shipping fees could exceed the amount of the original purchase. 

International customers who wish to cancel an order and receive a refund for an order that already shipped will be subject to an additional charge due to the cost of international shipping. A restocking fee will incur to cover the expense. The restocking fee will not exceed actual shipping and packaging costs, or the $7 processing fee.
