We ship genuine Endo-Met Laboratories supplements from our own U.S. inventory to customers across the United Arab Emirates — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Al Ain and beyond — using FedEx International. Here is exactly how ordering, shipping, duties and delivery work, so there are no surprises at your door.
The full Endo-Met line ships to every emirate, including GB-3, Megapan, Endo-Pan, Renamide, Endo-Dren, Paramin, Thyro Complex and Limcomin. Every order is fulfilled from our own U.S. inventory of genuine Endo-Met products — never third-party or grey-market stock.
Due to distribution rights, Trace Elements products are sold only within the United States and Canada. We are not able to ship TEI supplements to the UAE; for GCC customers we supply the Endo-Met Laboratories line.
Place your order on our website in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. We ship Monday through Friday; the cutoff for international orders is 11:00 AM Pacific Time — orders after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, are prepared the next business day.
FedEx pickup is usually the same or next business day after your order is prepared. From there, delivery to Dubai, Abu Dhabi or any other emirate typically runs 10 to 14 days, depending on customs clearance and the completeness of your address.
Import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient directly to FedEx at delivery — they are not collected on our website. FedEx will normally contact you before delivery to arrange payment of those import fees.
The recipient needs a free FedEx.com account to receive the goods and settle duties and taxes. Setting it up before your parcel ships keeps clearance moving and lets FedEx reach you about payment without delay.
Customs and FedEx require: building number or name, street name, area or district, city and emirate, a P.O. Box or postal code where applicable, a local phone number, and a working email address. Missing or vague address details are the most common cause of delivery delays.
Why we ask for so much address detail. UAE parcels clear customs on the strength of a complete address and a reachable recipient. A shipment with the building, area and emirate spelled out, a local phone FedEx can call and a monitored email moves through clearance days faster — it is the difference between 10 days and well beyond 14.

My practical advice: order before your current bottles run out, not after.
