Limcomin 180 Tablets by Endo-met – Targeted Mineral Support for Sodium-Potassium Balance

Balance Your Body’s Sodium and Potassium Levels with Limcomin

Limcomin 180 Tablets by Endo-met Labs offers a potent multi-nutrient formula designed to support sodium-potassium balance at the cellular level. This supplement helps raise sodium levels while lowering potassium levels, especially beneficial for individuals with a Na/K inversion, as identified by a Tissue Mineral Hair Analysis (TMHA). Maintaining this mineral balance is crucial for optimal cellular function, energy production, and nutrient transport.

Beyond its balancing effects, Limcomin is valuable for immune support, especially for those managing infections. Research spanning over a decade, along with data from 100,000+ TMHA reports, highlights Limcomin’s efficacy in enhancing immune response and supporting infection recovery. For those seeking a smaller supply, check out the 90-tablet bottle.

Discover the Benefits of Our Multi-Nutrient Formula

  • Available Sizes: Choose from 90 or 180 tablets to suit your supplement regimen and lifestyle.
  • Comprehensive Support: Limcomin combines essential vitamins, minerals, and trace elements to address nutrient needs and promote cellular balance.

This formula is ideal for those looking to optimize sodium-potassium ratios while supporting immune function, especially in cases of Na/K imbalances and immune challenges.

Limcomin: Comprehensive Immune Support

Limcomin is a multi-mineral formula designed to support the body during times of infection. Its synergistic nutrients are particularly effective in supporting the immune system, making it helpful in promoting resilience during bacterial and viral challenges. Limcomin is also beneficial for individuals with low resistance, susceptibility to infections, or general feelings of malaise.

How to Use Limcomin

Limcomin can be a helpful addition to your routine for supporting your immune system, especially during colder months. To help your body maintain resilience:

Consistent Dosage

Take one or two tablets daily for general support, as long as your na/k ratio isn't high.

During Times of Infection

Limcomin, often used to support the immune system, may also aid in preventing or addressing infections. When dealing with infections such as colds or the flu, it might be helpful to adjust the dosage. For more acute cases, a recommended dosage could be approximately 6 tablets taken three times each day. Always consult a healthcare professional before altering your dosage to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Seasonal Focus

Incorporate Limcomin into your routine during the winter months when your body may need extra support due to exposure with infections, cold weather and increased indoor activities.

Key Insights with Hair Analysis

A key indicator for the use of Limcomin is a sodium/potassium (Na/K) ratio below 2.5:1, as revealed by a hair analysis. The Na/K ratio is a critical marker on the tissue mineral chart, and a low ratio may indicate the need for immune system support.

If you're considering supplementation, a hair analysis can provide valuable insights tailored to your body's needs. This can help you better understand how Limcomin fits into your wellness plan.

By incorporating Limcomin into your daily regimen, you can actively support your body’s natural defenses, helping you stay vibrant and well all season long.

What Allergens or Dietary Components is Limcomin Free of?

Limcomin is crafted to cater to various dietary needs, ensuring it's entirely free from common allergens and ingredients that some individuals prefer to avoid. Specifically, it contains no: Casein, Dairy, Eggs, Gluten, Lactose, Soy, Wheat, Whey, Yeast.

Enjoy the peace of mind knowing this product is designed with inclusivity in mind, making it suitable for those with specific dietary restrictions.

FAQ’s

How to read your dosage — the label is not your dose

The bottle says take one tablet a day. That is the generic label default, and it is almost never what a hair tissue mineral analysis actually calls for.

A lab report prescribes a schedule written as three numbers — morning, noon and evening:

On your report What it means
1 One tablet, once a day
1-1-0 One in the morning, one at noon, none in the evening
1-1-1 One with each of the three meals
2-1-1 Two in the morning, one at noon, one in the evening
2-2-1 Two, two, then one
1-1-2 One, one, then two — weighted to the evening
3-3-3 Three with each meal, nine a day in total

Those are examples rather than a complete list — reports use many combinations, and the amounts are set from your own oxidation rate and mineral ratios. A formula the label treats as a once-a-day supplement may well be prescribed several times a day on a chart, or only in the morning, or not at all.

So do not work out how long a bottle will last from the label. Work it out from your schedule. If you are on 3-3-3, a 180-count bottle is twenty days, not six months.

If you have a report and are not certain how to read it, send it over — walking people through their own numbers is exactly what the text support is for.

What the Endo-met literature says about this formula

What the chart is showing when this is chosen

On a hair tissue mineral analysis, the reading that most often brings Limcomin into a program is a sodium-to-potassium ratio below 2.5 to 1. Endo-met treats that ratio as one of the most important on the chart, and a depressed one is read in this framework as the immune response struggling rather than as ordinary tiredness.

The formula was built around that pattern rather than around a symptom. Vitamin A for the mucous membranes, vitamin C for collagen and protein synthesis, B6 so that zinc and magnesium can actually be used, and then magnesium, zinc, manganese and a small amount of copper.

Whether it applies to you is read from your own chart rather than from how you feel in a given week. If you have not been tested, that is where the decision starts rather than with a bottle.

Where Limcomin sits in a program

Limcomin is the formula named in Endo-met’s retracing literature for chronic, low-grade conditions that flare up and become acute as a program progresses — often used together with vitamin A and vitamin C. It is also one of the adrenal-support formulas in the line.

Something becoming briefly more noticeable partway through a program is, in this framework, not automatically a setback. See the note below on how practitioners distinguish the two.

If you feel worse before you feel better

Nutritional balancing programs sometimes produce what Dr. Paul C. Eck and Dr. Lawrence Wilson called retracing, or a healing reaction. It shows up in one of three ways: an old symptom briefly returns, a current one intensifies for a while, or something new appears and then passes.

Three questions help you tell that apart from something that genuinely needs attention. Are you following a properly designed program? Is the rest of your lifestyle sound — sleep, food, rest? And were you feeling better in the period just before it started?

Cadmium is the classic illustration of why this happens at all. Cadmium has a sodium-retaining effect on the body, so as it is eliminated, sodium falls, the oxidation rate slows, and a person can feel more tired than when they began. It is the point at which people most often quit a program — and, in this framework, the point at which continuing matters most.

From Eileen Durfee

Curated by Practitioner Eileen Durfee, NBS (Nutritional Balancing Science), NASM-CPT — wellness educator, inventor with 10 U.S. and 6 international patents, author, and Nationally Certified Spinal Fitness Specialist

Something long-standing and quiet flaring up partway through a program alarms people, understandably. In this framework it is often not a setback at all. Limcomin is one of the formulas used at exactly that point, and knowing in advance that it can happen is half of getting through it.

I came to hair analysis in 2010, under ARNP Julie Walker in Kennewick, Washington, and worked directly with Analytical Research Labs — testing family and friends until I could read a chart properly. I listened to every cassette tape Dr. Paul Eck recorded and read every newsletter that laboratory published. When I found out a degree in Nutritional Balancing existed, I signed up with Dr. Larry Wilson in August 2011, and I have practised independently since the autumn of 2017. The most useful thing I can offer is not a longer product list — it is help reading your own chart and adjusting between tests. Mineral patterns almost always shift on a retest, and watching that happen chart to chart is where the real learning is. I hand-select the formulas and the absorbable forms that consistently help people feel and function better.

How I am available to you. If you order a hair analysis, you get text support from me while you are on the program — retracing and detox questions are best answered as they happen, not weeks later. It takes about three months to train someone to understand what is going on and adjust their own program between tests, and that is the goal. Our Facebook group is free to join whether or not you have bought anything: ask questions there and read through the tips already shared.

I also work in order of priorities, to fit your budget. Some people go all out for longevity; others take only what their hair analysis calls for, once a day. Both are worth doing. Tell me where you are and we will start there.

Matched to your chart. Endo-met formulas are designed to be selected from Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis results rather than chosen from symptoms, because the same product can suit one oxidation pattern well and another poorly. If you are unsure whether this one fits you, a hair analysis answers that from your own numbers.

“My husband has been on this for the last few years. It has seemed to help him feel better”

— Diann, 2016 · verified buyer

“This is a great product, it has already helped me a lot on my nutritional balancing programme. Just as a note for European customers, be careful when ordering this product in bulk, especially as in Germany I was surprised by another €50 charge at the toll-office. They explained the charges would be less if your order is under €150, and there I thought I was clever, saving money by buying it in bulk (and thus thinking I was saving on shipping...)... But that does not take away from the quality of the product and for somebody who has spend lots of money over the years on health products, it is nice to spend it now on something that actually works!”
