No Returns Policy

  • Summer Restrictions: Between May 15th and September 30th, supplement and salt orders within the United States cannot be returned due to potential heat damage during transportation. Skincare products and custom Day and Night Cremes are also non-returnable since they are made to order. No cancellations on custom cremes are accepted once ordered.
  • International Orders: Returns for international supplement and salt orders are not accepted due to potential transportation damage.

Fees for Cancelled and Refunded Orders

  • Restricted Countries: Orders containing restricted items banned in the billing or shipping country will incur a penalty fee of $30 plus a 3% credit card processing fee.
  • Credit Card and PayPal Fees: A 3% fee will be deducted from refunds due to credit card and PayPal transaction costs that were not refunded to us.

International Order Restrictions

Due to VAT regulations, we regretfully cannot conduct business transactions with customers subject to Brexit. However, you can still receive products using a freight forwarding company like MyUS.com, which handles VAT compliance and shipping to these regions.

We are pleased to serve customers around the world. However, international orders are subject to certain terms and conditions:

  • Customs & Import Requirements: It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the products ordered comply with their country’s import regulations. Some countries require prescriptions, certificates of analysis, or other documentation for the importation of dietary supplements. As a reseller, we do not provide prescriptions or certificates for individual ingredients.
  • Customs Clearance & Delivery: We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, held, or rejected by customs authorities. If customs clearance is not completed by the buyer or if required import documentation is not provided by the recipient, the package may be destroyed by customs. No refunds will be issued for such orders.
  • VAT, Duties & Fees: International shipments may be subject to value-added tax (VAT), import duties, and/or other customs fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the buyer upon delivery or as required by the destination country’s regulations.
  • Non-Returnable Packages: If an international package is rejected, refused, or cannot be delivered due to customs restrictions or unpaid fees, it will not be returned to us. These packages are typically destroyed by the carrier or customs authorities. No refunds will be issued in these cases.

Order Processing

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 1 PM Pacific Time are processed the same day. While we prepare your order promptly, please note that shipping carriers may not pick up packages until the next business day, as they collect from Wellness Shopping Online as early as noon each day, Monday through Friday. Customers will be notified of any delays exceeding 48 hours in case of weather disruptions or seasonal holidays.

Price Match Policy

We offer price matching on Endo-met and Trace Elements supplements available online, excluding laboratory testing and consultation services.

Shipping Options and Restrictions

We ship to almost any global address, but some products have international shipping restrictions. Shipping options include:

  • First Class Mail (U.S. orders under 1 pound and international orders under 4 pounds only) - Does not include insurance.
  • Priority Mail
  • Priority Mail Express
  • FedEx Ground
  • FedEx 2nd Day
  • FedEx Overnight

Expedited orders placed by 1 PM Pacific Time, Monday-Friday, are packaged and taken to the carrier's hub the same day.

Damaged, Missing, and Non-Working Items

Claims for damaged, missing, or unusable items must be filed within 14 days of delivery. Please retain all packaging and submit photos of the damage for claims processing.

Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

Our full warranty details are available here. We are committed to providing high-quality products for optimal health and detoxification. If a product is incorrect or defective, we will work to resolve the issue within 14 days of notification.

Returns & Refunds Policy

  • Unopened Items: Returns are accepted for unopened items with original packaging for store credit, exchange, or refund (less shipping and processing fees). Some items, like hair analysis lab tests and discontinued supplements, are not eligible for refunds.
  • United States: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase, with a $7 processing fee applied.
  • International: Returns must be initiated within 45 days, with a restocking fee to cover shipping expenses.

Refunds and Processing Fees

Refunds on PayPal and credit card transactions will have a 3% fee deducted due to non-refundable transaction fees. A restocking fee will apply if an order is refused and returned to us.
