Endo-Met & Trace Elements in Canada
Canada holds a special place in our catalog: it is the only country outside the United States where we can supply BOTH Endo-Met Laboratories and Trace Elements (TEI) supplements. We ship from our own U.S. inventory to customers in Toronto, Vancouver, Calgary, Montreal, Edmonton and across Canada using FedEx International.
The full Endo-Met line ships to Canada, including GB-3, Megapan, Endo-Pan, Renamide, Endo-Dren, Paramin, Thyro Complex and Limcomin. Every order is fulfilled from our own U.S. inventory of genuine Endo-Met products.
Canada is the one country outside the U.S. where our Trace Elements distribution rights apply. The TEI supplement line — including HCL V-Plus and Digest V-Zyme — ships to Canadian customers alongside Endo-Met, in the same parcel.
Why this matters if you follow a practitioner program. Many nutritional-balancing programs mix Endo-Met and TEI formulas. Canadian customers can order the complete program from one place, in one shipment, with one customs clearance — instead of splitting orders across suppliers.
Place your order on our website in U.S. dollars. We accept major credit cards and PayPal. We ship Monday through Friday; the cutoff for international orders is 11:00 AM Pacific Time — orders after the cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, are prepared the next business day.
FedEx pickup is usually the same or next business day after your order is prepared. From there, delivery to Canada typically runs 10 to 14 days, depending on customs clearance and the completeness of your address.
Import duties and taxes are paid by the recipient directly to FedEx at delivery — they are not collected on our website. FedEx will normally contact you before delivery to arrange payment of those import fees.
Canadian orders can travel either by FedEx International or by USPS. FedEx is the faster, fully tracked option; USPS is the economical alternative when you are not in a hurry.
Typically 10 to 14 days after your order is prepared, with pickup the same or next business day. Full tracking throughout, and FedEx contacts you to arrange duties and taxes before delivery.
First Class Mail International runs about 7 to 21 days for packages under 4 pounds. Priority Mail International runs about 6 to 10 business days for boxes up to 70 pounds.
What affects USPS timing. Standard inspection by Canadian customs typically adds 1 to 3 days, and random holds can extend that further. Please track your package, and if a shipment appears held, contact Canadian customs authorities directly — they can tell you what the parcel needs to be released.
Important: if the recipient does not respond to the notification to pay duties, the package may go undelivered and be returned. Watch for that notice and respond promptly.
The recipient needs a free FedEx.com account to receive the goods and settle duties and taxes. Setting it up before your parcel ships keeps clearance moving and lets FedEx reach you about payment without delay.
Customs and FedEx require: street number and name (plus unit or suite where relevant), city, province, postal code, a local phone number, and a working email address. Missing or vague address details are the most common cause of delivery delays.
Canadian customers have been part of this practice from the beginning — close enough to feel local, but every parcel still crosses a border. The customers whose programs never skip a beat are the ones who treat the 10–14 day window as part of their routine: they reorder when they open their last bottle, not when it is empty.
And because Canada can receive both brands, one piece of advice I give often: if your practitioner has you on a mixed Endo-Met and TEI program, place it as one order. One parcel means one clearance and one set of import fees — it is cheaper and faster than two shipments.
If you are new to mineral balancing, start with a hair tissue mineral analysis rather than guessing at supplements. The kit mails to Canada, and the results show the mineral pattern your program should be built on.

Both lines come out of the same tradition: Endo-Met formulas were designed by Dr. Paul Eck, and Trace Elements was founded by Dr. David Watts — both built to be selected from a person's hair tissue mineral analysis rather than by symptom guessing. Many Canadian customers run their programs exactly that way: test, follow the recommended formulas, retest. If you would like to shop by your pattern, see Shop by HTMA Pattern or browse Shop by Health Concern. HTMA is an educational tool and is not a diagnostic test.
