Trace Elements Min-Plex B 180 Tablets – Advanced Magnesium, Chromium, and Vitamin B6 Support
Trace Elements Min-Plex B (180 Tablets) is a comprehensive formula that supports healthy metabolic function and glucose balance. This unique blend combines magnesium, chromium, and Vitamin B6, along with important amino acids such as L-Glycine, L-Glutamic Acid, and L-Cysteine. These nutrients work synergistically to support energy metabolism, balance blood sugar levels, and promote overall health. Min-Plex B is a convenient combination of the essential nutrients found in the Trace Elements products Magnesium Plus, GT-Formula, and Pyridox Plus, all in one cost-saving formula.
Min-Plex B is formulated for individuals who need enhanced metabolic support, particularly for glucose regulation and energy production. The formula includes magnesium and chromium, two essential minerals that regulate blood sugar levels and support insulin sensitivity. Vitamin B6, in its active and standard forms, helps support energy metabolism and neurotransmitter function. Adding amino acids, such as L-Glycine, L-Glutamic Acid, and L-Cysteine, further enhances nutrient absorption and utilization, making this a comprehensive solution for those seeking to improve their metabolic health.

The bottle says take one tablet a day with a meal. That is the generic label default, and it is almost never what a hair tissue mineral analysis actually calls for.
A lab report prescribes a schedule written as three numbers — morning, noon and evening:
| On your report | What it means |
|---|---|
| 1 | One tablet, once a day |
| 1-1-0 | One in the morning, one at noon, none in the evening |
| 1-1-1 | One with each of the three meals |
| 2-1-1 | Two in the morning, one at noon, one in the evening |
| 2-2-1 | Two, two, then one |
| 1-1-2 | One, one, then two — weighted to the evening |
| 3-3-3 | Three with each meal, nine a day in total |
Those are examples rather than a complete list. The amounts come from your own oxidation rate and mineral ratios, so a formula the label treats as a once-a-day supplement may be prescribed several times a day on a chart — or only in the morning, or not at all.
So do not work out how long a bottle will last from the label. Work it out from your schedule. On 3-3-3, a 180-count bottle is twenty days, not six months.
If you have a report and are not sure how to read it, send it over — walking people through their own numbers is exactly what the text support is for.
Trace Elements builds most of its mineral formulas on Albion® TRAACS® amino acid chelates rather than the cheaper inorganic salts (oxides, carbonates, sulphates) that dominate the shelf.
The distinction is practical rather than marketing. A chelated mineral is bound to amino acids, so it is absorbed along an amino acid pathway rather than having to compete for the narrower mineral pathways. That generally means better uptake at a lower dose, and markedly less of the digestive upset people associate with minerals — magnesium oxide and ferrous sulphate being the two most notorious.
It also matters for a nutritional balancing program specifically. When a chart calls for a mineral, what is wanted is for the level to move. A form that largely passes through does not move it, and the retest simply shows the same pattern again three months later.
Every one of these products is named for a single mineral but contains several. That is deliberate, and it is the part most people miss when they compare labels on price.
Minerals do not act alone. Each one has synergists that help it work and antagonists that push against it, so raising one in isolation reliably moves several others — usually not in the direction you wanted. Zinc against copper is the best-known pair, but calcium against magnesium, sodium against potassium, and iron against copper and zinc all behave the same way.
Trace Elements formulas therefore carry the supporting nutrients alongside the headline mineral, in the proportions the mineral actually needs to be used. It is the same reasoning behind reading a hair analysis as a set of ratios rather than a list of individual numbers.

Combination formulas like this are useful when a chart calls for several things at once and taking them separately would mean four more bottles. Whether the ratios here suit you is still a chart question.
I came to hair analysis in 2010, under ARNP Julie Walker in Kennewick, Washington, and worked directly with Analytical Research Labs — testing family and friends until I could read a chart properly. I listened to every cassette tape Dr. Paul Eck recorded and read every newsletter that laboratory published. When I found out a degree in Nutritional Balancing existed, I signed up with Dr. Larry Wilson in August 2011, and I have practised independently since the autumn of 2017. The most useful thing I can offer is not a longer product list — it is help reading your own chart and adjusting between tests. Mineral patterns almost always shift on a retest, and watching that happen chart to chart is where the real learning is. I hand-select the formulas and the absorbable forms that consistently help people feel and function better.
How I am available to you. If you order a hair analysis, you get text support from me while you are on the program — retracing and detox questions are best answered as they happen, not weeks later. It takes about three months to train someone to understand what is going on and adjust their own program between tests, and that is the goal. Our Facebook group is free to join whether or not you have bought anything: ask questions there and read through the tips already shared.
I also work in order of priorities, to fit your budget. Some people go all out for longevity; others take only what their hair analysis calls for, once a day. Both are worth doing. Tell me where you are and we will start there.
Matched to your chart. Trace Elements formulas are designed to be selected from Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis results rather than chosen from symptoms, because the same product can suit one oxidation pattern well and another poorly. If you are unsure whether this one fits you, a hair analysis answers that from your own numbers.

Expert Guidance for Min-Plex B – Trace Nutrients™ – #802-B (180 tabs) Supplementation
To achieve the best results with Min-Plex B supplements, it is crucial to follow individualized recommendations from a Health Practitioner who is trained in Hair Analysis. During pregnancy, the standard guidelines consider these supplements safe for use. However, for breastfeeding individuals, it is advisable to conduct an HTMA (Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis) test to receive personalized guidance from a qualified practitioner.
The recommended dosage of MIN-PLEX B by Trace Elements supplements is generally customized based on the outcomes of an HTMA test. As a broad guideline, the suggested daily dose can range from one (1) to three (3) tablets, taken two to three times per day with meals. For the most effective and safe usage, consultation with a qualified Health Practitioner skilled in Hair Analysis is strongly recommended. If an HTMA test is not available, please adhere to the dosing instructions provided on the supplement packaging and consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice.
Each bottle of Min-Plex B from Trace Nutrients™ contains 180 tablets. When consumed according to the suggested guidelines, the supply can last anywhere from 30 to 180 days, depending on individual consumption habits and dosage levels.

“Great product! I really like the way my body has responded to it. It has helped me so much. I learned you can take more than 1 depending how much your body needs. I take 2 & it gets the job done, regulating my blood sugar.. Another family member needs to take 3 per her health specialist’s advice. I feel so much better & relieved that I don’t have to adhere to a very strict diet but instead I can have things in moderation. Thank you so much for providing this product! I will share my success with others.”
