Progressive Laboratories
Progressive Labs Hair, Skin, and Nail Resilience (60 Vegetarian Capsules)
Progressive Labs Hair, Skin, and Nail Resilience is a specialized supplement formulated to deliver targeted nutrition from within, supporting the health of your hair, skin, and nails.
This supplement contains a carefully selected blend of essential vitamins, minerals, proteins, and phytochemicals designed to help build, strengthen, and safeguard the tissues that comprise your hair, skin, and nails.
A key ingredient is a proprietary, orally bioavailable form of keratin called Cynatine®. As the primary protein in hair, skin, and nails, Cynatine® has been shown through research to enhance their strength and resilience. Clinical trials also indicate that it can reduce wrinkles and improve skin hydration and elasticity.
Additionally, the formula includes a specialized bamboo extract rich in natural silica. Silica plays a vital role in the synthesis of proteins and other chemical components essential for healthy hair, skin, and nails.
Studies have demonstrated that high-quality silica supplementation, as found in Hair, Skin, and Nail Resilience, can decrease skin roughness and promote increased thickness of skin and hair. Women taking silica often experience less brittleness in their hair and nails.
The supplement also provides biotin and key minerals in their patented TRAACS® chelated forms—these are the only scientifically validated chelated minerals available—ensuring optimal absorption and utilization.
Take two vegetable capsules once or twice daily with food, or as directed by a health care professional.

The bottle gives Progressive Laboratories’ suggested use, and for most people that is the right starting point.
If a health provider has set a schedule for you — written as three numbers for morning, noon and evening — their schedule wins. Work out how long a bottle will last from your schedule, not from the label.
If you are not sure how to read your schedule, send it over — walking people through their own numbers is exactly what the text support is for.
These are fast-turnover tissues built largely from protein, so they reflect nutrient status sooner than slower tissues do — and they are also the first things the body deprioritises when something upstream is short.
That cuts both ways. It is why these tissues respond visibly to nutrition, and why a topical approach alone so often disappoints. Zinc, biotin, sulphur and adequate protein are the usual limiting factors.
Progressive Laboratories has manufactured for practitioners since 1974 and does not sell through retail channels. That matters for two practical reasons.
The first is formulation. A retail product has to sell itself from the shelf, which pushes formulators toward recognisable ingredients at recognisable doses. A practitioner product is chosen by someone reading a chart, so it can be built around what the protocol needs rather than what the label needs to say.
The second is verification. Their facility is UL-certified and GMP-registered, with raw material identity testing and finished-product assay. It is the unglamorous part of supplement quality and the part that decides whether the amount on the label is the amount in the capsule.

Hair and nails are the tissues people watch most closely, which makes them a useful early signal. When someone tells me their nails have changed, I want to see the chart — it usually shows up there too.
I came to hair analysis in 2010, under ARNP Julie Walker in Kennewick, Washington, and worked directly with Analytical Research Labs — testing family and friends until I could read a chart properly. I listened to every cassette tape Dr. Paul Eck recorded and read every newsletter that laboratory published. When I found out a degree in Nutritional Balancing existed, I signed up with Dr. Larry Wilson in August 2011, and I have practised independently since the autumn of 2017. The most useful thing I can offer is not a longer product list — it is help reading your own chart and adjusting between tests. Mineral patterns almost always shift on a retest, and watching that happen chart to chart is where the real learning is. I hand-select the formulas and the absorbable forms that consistently help people feel and function better.
How I am available to you. If you order a hair analysis, you get text support from me while you are on the program — retracing and detox questions are best answered as they happen, not weeks later. It takes about three months to train someone to understand what is going on and adjust their own program between tests, and that is the goal. Our Facebook group is free to join whether or not you have bought anything: ask questions there and read through the tips already shared.
I also work in order of priorities, to fit your budget. Some people go all out for longevity; others take only what their hair analysis calls for, once a day. Both are worth doing. Tell me where you are and we will start there.
Matched to your chart. Progressive Laboratories formulas are designed to be selected from Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis results rather than chosen from symptoms, because the same product can suit one oxidation pattern well and another poorly. If you are unsure whether this one fits you, a hair analysis answers that from your own numbers.
This supplement is designed to support the health and resilience of your hair, skin, and nails by providing essential vitamins, minerals, and specialized ingredients like bioavailable keratin, bamboo-derived silica, and stinging nettle extract.
Individuals seeking to improve the strength and appearance of their hair, skin, and nails, or those looking to support tissue health from within, may find this supplement beneficial.
Results can vary depending on individual health, diet, and lifestyle. Consistent use over several weeks is typically recommended to observe noticeable improvements.
TRAACS® refers to scientifically validated chelated mineral forms, such as zinc bisglycinate and copper bisglycinate, which are designed for better absorption and effectiveness.
Progressive Laboratories formulas work best when they are matched to your mineral pattern. A hair tissue mineral analysis shows your levels and toxic element exposure, and the kit is mailed to you with a scale. Or simply call us on 888-932-2526 and ask.
