Cat's claw is a Peruvian herb known in Spanish as una de gato. It has been studied in Europe since the 1970's, although it is not well known in this country. It appears to act powerfully on the digestive system, with an ability to cleanse and remove even deep-seated infections in the intestines and surrounding area. It also has anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidant, anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties.
